Ingredients for 4 people:
2 Kg of ripe tomatoes, 100 grs of bread, 20 cl of extra virgin olive oil, 1 garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt.1 oil jet (approximately 5 cl) to emulsify.
Pour all the ingredients into the blender and mash until all the ingredients are well crushed and the mixture is creamy.
Add a jet of oil little by little while continuing to beat so that the cream is emulsified.
Serve cold with some croutons.
