Catalonian spinach

Ingredients (serves 4):

1 Kg of fresh spinach, 2 cloves of garlic, 50 g of pine nuts, 50 g of raisins, 4 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 ½ teaspoon of salt.


First wash the spinach.

Pour into a pot with plenty of boiling water and a teaspoon of salt. Boil them for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and drain well in a sieve to remove all water.

In a pan, add the oil and once it is hot, add the garlic and pine nuts. Sauté for a couple of minutes until they begin to brown and add the raisins.

Stir everything and finally add the spinach. Salt and sauté for 2 or 3 minutes stirring frequently so that all the ingredients mix well and Serve.
