Calamares de Campo
Ingredients for 1 lid:
1 green pepper, 1 onion, plenty of sunflower oil for frying, 2 tablespoons of flour and ½ teaspoon of salt.
Cut the pepper and onion into thin rings. Remove the moisture with a paper napkin.
Put the flour in a container that can be closed and throw the chopped vegetables.
Put the lid on the container and move vigorously so that the flour covers each ring well.
Heat the oil in a pan. When it is very hot, add the vegetables and fry for a few minutes until they are golden brown.
Remove the squids from the field and let them drain on a plate with a paper napkin.
